GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEASONAL RENTAL
Effective from 1 January 2026
1. Lessor

2. Purpose
2.1. Seasonal rental of furnished holiday accommodation (houses, pavilions, bungalows) for leisure purposes; commercial use excluded.
2.2. Energy Certificate (DPE): All accommodation has a valid energy certificate, available upon request.
2.3. Registration: Accommodation registered with the municipality. Number provided in individual contract.
3. Booking
3.1. Property description available upon request before booking.
3.2. Booking confirmed upon receipt of deposit (arrhes) of 30%.
3.3. Legal nature of deposit: If the tenant withdraws, the deposit is forfeited. If the lessor withdraws, double the deposit must be refunded.
3.4. Written rental contract signed in two copies.
3.5. No right of withdrawal for accommodation services on a fixed date.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding tourist tax and optional charges.
4.2. Balance payment: High season – 1 month before arrival. Other periods – on arrival day.
4.3. Charges: Summer – flat rate per adult per week. Winter – electricity per kWh + water flat rate. Firewood extra.
4.4. Tourist tax due at end of stay at current rate.
5. Cancellation
Written notice required.
More than 60 days: deposit forfeited. 60–31 days: 50% due. Under 31 days or no-show: 100% due.
6. Arrival and Departure
Arrival from 4:00 PM. Departure before 10:00 AM.
7. Security Deposit
€250 on arrival, refunded after inspection.
8. Tenant Obligations
Peaceful use, respect occupancy limits, clean before departure.
Pool and tennis free, unsupervised, at own risk.
9. Liability
Lessor not liable for theft, loss, or external disturbances.
10. Data Protection
Data collected only for booking and billing purposes.
11. Disputes
French law applies. Consumer mediation available via SMP.
