VACATION
THE PLACE
The 250 year old farm of the Domaine de Gayfié is surrounded by 140 hectares of private land. On a hilly plateau there are 23 holiday homes with extensive gardens and beautiful terraces, inviting you to enjoy a BBQ at sunset. The managing family lives on the main farm a few minutes walk away, together with horses, donkeys, dogs and chicken. A large swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball and basketball court and table tennis are at everyone’s free disposal. In summer the garden bistro “L’Oasis” invites you to concerts, readings, performances and vegetarian food on our ground.

UNTOUCHED NATURE
Flora and fauna of the Domaine de Gayfié
If you are out to explore, you don’t necessarily need a car. The hill is surrounded by a turquoise-blue drinkable spring with a beautiful watercourse, a limestone grotto, medieval monastery ruins, a bathing terrace under a 400-year-old oak tree on the River Lot and a diverse flora and fauna. Blue dragonflies, more than 50 different wild orchids, deer, kites and many other creatures find a home with us, in which we intervene as little as possible.
UNTOUCHED NATURE

„I recommend the place, very nice and cozy, enough place for children to play, clean and thoughtfully designed.“
